Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if applicable).
Estimated delivery times:

- Canada: 10–20 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 12–25 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be updated within 3–5 days.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery details and assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.
